The Keystone

ForgeCraft Chassis

The bones every ForgeCraft is built on.

Engineered in-house by designers whose other work includes multi-million-dollar trophy trucks, every ForgeCraft Chassis is built around proven OEM suspension geometry — so parts are easy to source, easy to service, and backed by the same dealership network as a new pickup. And it slides under the original body without changing a thing about how the truck looks.

Why This Chassis

Trophy-truck engineering, built to last.

01

OEM Suspension Geometry

Proven geometry from each major manufacturer — parts stocked at any dealer counter.

02

Dealer-Serviceable Drivetrains

Factory warranties intact, serviceable at any manufacturer dealership.

03

Body Stays Untouched

Engineered to drop under the original body — the truck still looks like the truck.

Four Configurations

From raw frame to Swap & Drive.

The same engineered chassis, at four levels of completion — pick the one that meets your project where it is.

Configuration 01

Raw Chassis

The bare ForgeCraft frame — jig-welded, powder-coated, ready for the hands-on builder.

Configuration 02

Chassis + Suspension & Brakes

All four corners completed — coilovers, control arms, hubs, and four-wheel disc brakes.

Configuration 03

Plumbed Chassis

Adds steering, brake and fuel lines, and a chassis harness — everything but the powertrain.

Configuration 04 — Flagship

Swap & Drive

The full rolling chassis with drivetrain installed. Drop your body on and drive.
